Full Description

Handmade in England, our suede tote bag strikes a rare balance of endurance and heirloom quality that only gets better after every journey. Moss backed to make it completely waterproof, we’ve developed this suede in Italy to give the performance you need every day, without sacrificing the touch of napped suede. Inside you’ll find a fully padded laptop sleeve and storage pocket, all secured by a full-length zip. With slightly longer handles, our suede tote can be carried by your side or worn over your shoulder.

Materials

- Italian moss backed and treated suede
- Full grain leather trim & handles
- British woven and dyed cotton lining
- YKK brass zips

Features

- Fully protected laptop compartment
- Three internal pockets for phone, keys, wallet e.t.c
- Protective scuff leather scuff pads

Dimensions

Exterior - 42cm / 16.5inch (L) x 10cm / 3.9inch (W) x 48cm / 18.9inch (H) (the handle measures 25cm / 8.9inch (H) in addition to this)
Laptop pocket - Holds up to 16" laptop (inc macbook pro)
The Suede Tote has a capacity of 18 Litres and weighs 1.2kg

Care

Although the suede is treated to add protection against water, this material looks and ‘performs’ like any other premium suede. It is a natural, very malleable material so you can use your hands or a suede brush to smooth out marks and patterns that develop or of course leave them if you prefer this appearance. Having tested this material for a few years now we find allowing the bag to develop its own unique character and patina, using a brush only when it needs a clean is the best approach.

We only use solid brass hardware, which will develop a more golden, understated look through regular use. If you want to clean it or prefer a shiny appearance, please use a good quality brass polish, (taking care not to apply any to the canvas or leather as this can cause discolouration).

We appreciate the irony of keeping a bag inside another bag. We would however strongly advise storing your product in the dust bag provided when not in use; you’ll thank yourself next time you hit the road with a pristine carry.
